GROUP LEADER REQUIREMENTS
Group Leader role while on vacation
PROFESSIONAL - Although you may be traveling to foreign destinations a travel group leader must remember that he/she is not exactly on holiday. We want you to have a great time however the group leader must maintain a professional, responsible manner at all times and ensure that they are able to deal with whatever arises – whether it is sickness, a complaint or an unexpected travel issue. You will be a guide, entertainer and problem solver all rolled into one but most importantly you will represent Our company!
COMFORTABLE - Being comfortable in the company of many different kinds of people means that personal issues an individual may have, regarding race, gender, age, religion, sexual preference and other cultural differences, must not influence the level of care and support that is provided. A travel group leader must feel comfortable about sharing, traveling and spending time with everyone who is in their care.
RELIABLE - Our Travel groups will generally follow an itinerary and it is the travel group leader’s responsibility to ensure all group members have the necessary details and are able to follow the timetable and plans. In other words, it is the travel group leader’s job to make sure that everything happens as planned and It’s MANDATORY that you attend group activities as follows WELCOME AND FAREWELL EVENTS, CONTESTS, DISTRIBUTE GIFTS, T-SHIRTS AND OR GIFT BAGS.
GROUP PHOTO- Your REQUIRED to provide Documentation (GROUP PHOTOS, VIDEOS, MOMENTS OF GUEST HAVING A GOOD TIME ESPECIALLY DURING OUR EVENTS)
PRESENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA- social media is 1 of the BEST way to share vacation information and get people to engage. Group leader MUST have at least 2 social media platforms with 1 being on Facebook or Instagram. Because you are acting as a Representative for Grace Resorts you must have a positive image and represent Grace Resorts in a positive light and by doing so help to increase brand awareness and sales.

YOUR STILL OKAY! GRACE RESORTS WILL STILL COMPENSATE YOU BASED ON HOW MANY GUEST RESERVATIONS YOU HAVE SECURED INSTEAD OF THE COMPLIMENTARY ROOM OR CABIN. BECAUSE “LIFE” HAPPENS NO RESERVATION IS 100%SAFE UNTIL THE FINAL PAYMENT OR TRAVEL DATE WE’VE DESIGNED A PLAN TO PROTECT OUR GROUP LEADERS.
