Terms and Conditions for Grace Resorts Club Perks

  1. Loyalty Booking Bonuses (Group Trips Only)
    Loyalty bonuses apply only to group trip bookings made directly with Grace Resorts. Bonuses may include complimentary services, upgrades, or credits and are subject to availability.

  2. Waived Planning Fees
    Planning fees are waived for returning clients who have completed at least one prior full booking with Grace Resorts. This waiver does not apply to concierge services beyond standard planning.

  3. Mobile App with Personalized Itineraries
    Personalized itinerary access via our designated app is provided after the final payment is made. Content is curated based on the information provided by the client and may be limited by third-party integrations.

  4. Priority Airport Check-In
    Offered where available and typically applies to select airlines or ticket classes. Grace Resorts is not responsible for changes in airline policies or availability.

  5. Private Transportation
    Available for select destinations and included only where stated in the booking confirmation. Transfers are subject to local provider availability and are non-refundable once confirmed.

  6. Advisor WhatsApp Group Chat
    Available only for clients traveling in groups or on hosted trips. Chat access is for pre-departure communication and limited in scope during travel based on advisor availability and time zones.

  7. 2-Minute Memory Video
    One complimentary highlight video is created using media provided by the client during or after travel. Submission deadlines and content requirements will be communicated post-trip.

  8. Unlimited Free Quotes
    Applies to the planning stage of all trips. Excessive requests (more than 3 iterations of full quotes for the same trip) may incur a fee at the advisor's discretion.

  9. Free Room Upgrade (If Applicable)
    Complimentary room upgrades are subject to resort availability and policies. Grace Resorts will request upgrades but cannot guarantee them.

  10. Customized Payment Plans
    Payment plans are structured around supplier requirements and booking timelines. All installment terms must be met on time to retain reservations.

  11. $300 Flight Credit Per Year
    Eligible for a $300 flight credit after maintaining an active paid membership for 12 consecutive months. This credit it is non-transferable and cannot be applied to another individual’s travel. The flight must be scheduled to depart within 330 days of redemption, and the credit must be requested and booked directly through Grace Resorts. Flight credit must be applied at time of booking and cannot be issued as a refund or cash value. Members have 1 year to redeem this credit as it is NOT accumulative.

  12. Grace Resorts Merchandise of Client’s Choosing
    Eligible clients may select from a predetermined list of branded merchandise. Shipping times and availability may vary.

  13. Free Travel Protection
    Travel protection is provided at the basic level and subject to coverage terms of the issuing provider. Clients are responsible for reviewing policy terms and requesting upgrades, if needed.

  14. Philanthropic Impact
    Up to 10% of commissionable earnings per trip will be donated to a charitable organization in the client’s name. Clients may nominate a cause or allow Grace Resorts to choose a verified partner.

Changes and Updates:
Grace Resorts Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue any perk without prior notice. Equivalent value alternatives will be provided when possible.

Cancellation Policy:
Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of benefits applies immediately upon termination of membership.
