To maintain your active status and access to all Grace Resorts advisor resources, there is a monthly fee of $60.03, which covers the following:

A professional Grace Resorts website to promote travel, share promotions, and accept inquiries.

✔ Business Phone Extension
A dedicated business phone extension so you can communicate professionally with clients.

✔ Business Email Address
A branded Grace Resorts email address to build trust and credibility.

✔ CRM Access (TravelJoy)
Monthly access to TravelJoy, our client relationship management system, allowing you to:

• Manage client inquiries
   
• Send invoices and payment links
   
• Track bookings and communications
   
• Stay organized and professional
   

✔ Company Training & Ongoing Education
Access to:

• Advisor onboarding resources
   
• Sales and marketing guidance
   
• Supplier and destination education
   
• Group travel and hosted trip training
   

✔ Marketing & Promotional Support

• Access to company-approved promotions
   
• Supplier specials and exclusive offers
   
• Templates, tools, and guidance to help you market effectively

Please note that your advisor account will not be activated and access to systems, tools, training, and resources will not be granted until your monthly dues payment has been successfully submitted.

No onboarding, credentials, or platform access will be provided until payment is received.

To move forward and activate your Grace Resorts Travel Advisor account, please submit your monthly dues payment.

Once payment is received, you will receive onboarding instructions and access to your advisor tools.
