Parent & Student Waiver

I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the above-named student, hereby provide my consent for my child to participate in the Travel with Grace program organized by Grace Resorts. I acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with travel and agree to release and hold harmless Grace Resorts, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of my child's participation in the program.

I understand that Grace Resorts will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of my child during the trip. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Grace Resorts and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child.

I confirm that my child's health insurance is current and covers all travel. In the event of a medical emergency, I understand that efforts will be made to contact me. However, if I cannot be reached, I authorize the designated chaperones provided by 27Strong/Love.Breathe.Art and Grace Resorts to make emergency medical decisions on my behalf.

I have provided accurate and up-to-date information regarding my child's health, allergies, medications, and emergency contact details. I understand the importance of complying with the rules and guidelines set forth by Grace Resorts during the trip.

I also acknowledge that Grace Resorts reserves the right to alter the itinerary or activities due to unforeseen circumstances.

I, the undersigned student, agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by 27Strong/Love.Breathe.Art and Grace Resorts during the duration of the travel program. I understand the importance of responsible behavior and agree to comply with the instructions of the designated chaperones and program organizers.
